What are the hours of the exposition?

Monday from 17:15 to 21:00hrs (last show begins at 20:15hrs)

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 11:15 to 21:00hrs (last show begins at 20:15hrs)

Friday from 11:15 to 21:45hrs (last show begins at 21:00hrs)

Closed at midday from 13:30 to 16:30

How long the visit take?

The experience takes about 40 minutes.

How can I buy tickets?

You can get your tickets online here  and also at the ticket office at the Ateneo Mercantil of Valencia

Are there special prices for families, groups, or other collectives?

Yes, you can see all of our family packs here, and if you are coming in a group or are a part of a collective we can offer you special prices. Contact us here

Can one change or cancel the tickets?

We do not allow changes or returns, however due to the unusual circumstances and the restrictive measures now in place you can consult this by contacting us at: info@artapartexpo.com

I have purchased my tickets but they have not arrived. What can I do?

Click on TICKETS on our webpage, in the upper left-hand corner you will find the heading “ resend tickets“. You will have to introduce the locator number of your purchase. If this does not work please contact us at: info@artapartexpo.com

Are there specific security measures?

Yes, the entire visit is prepared with anti-Covid measures in mind and our personnel has been trained in enforcing them.

Can you see the exhibition while seated?

Of course! You can walk the room if you don’t want to miss any detail, or use the seats available so you can see the exhibition more comfortably, although you might miss some of the projections. We encourage you to adapt the visit to your needs, the goal is for you to enjoy it as much as possible!

Can I enjoy the experience in other languages?

The exposition has been created so that you can enjoy it in English and Spanish. The brief narrations on the movement itself and each artist has voiceover in Spanish, and through a QR you can download and hear it in English on the headphones of your cell phone while you enjoy the projection.

Can I take photos and videos during the visit?

Yes, you can take photos and videos without flash as long as they don’t have a professional purpose, and we will be thrilled if you share them on your social media. Don’t forget to mention us! If you want to take pictures with professional purposes, leave us a message here.

Can I see the exhibition with children?

Yes of course, children of all ages are welcome. Furthermore, we encourage you to come with kids so they have an early approach to the world of painting. Children up to 4 years enter the exhibition FOR FREE if accompanied by an adult. Elder kids will find activities to enhance their visit.
